If you are a United States Dealer, Recycler, Rebuilder or Scrap Processor you will need to verify that you can provide the following information:
Your Dealer's license, salvage license, recycler license, rebuilder license or scrap processor license.
A photo I.D.
If you are a public buyer or out-of-the-country exporter you may join Icap. You will need the following;
your exporters license or Dealers license in English if you have one.
A photo I.D.
Payment of the ICAP registration fee.
If you are a body shop or other non-dealer salvage buyer, you may provide an authorization
letter from an affiliated dealer along with a copy of that dealer's license.
